Victory!!!
We stomped those raggedycowboys yesterday 35-7....wait....we just scored again!! GO REDSKINS!!!
i've been a 'boys fan since tony d. and danny w., so this was a heartbreaker for me. meanwhile, i can't hate. drew played horribly, but it was because washington's defense was so opportunistic. they took advantage of every mistake.
i just wish i had started brunell in my fantasy league playoff game. dude woulda got me 30 points!
king - i sense within you much hatred for my beloved 'boys. i won't hold it against you, though. you can't help where ya from. oh, and you betta not take me offa da commission just cuz i think ya team sucks. LOL
king - actually, it's worse than hatred...it's indifference. hating them would mean i've wasted emotion on them. damnit if i'm gonna give them that after drew gave 'em three balls yesterday. they got enough, thank you very much.
in the meanwhile, brunell betta come through for a sista next week cuz i'm starting him in my game for the championship. now if he fails me, i will have some hatred for washington aiight.
laalaa - i don't see how you can even watch the lions without wanting to throttle matt millen. i know that's how i feel whenever i see them play, and i don't even LIKE the team.
Nikki - There's a crusade to fire Millen. T-shirts, protests, you name it, everybody wants him out. They finally slowed down on clowning Joey Harrington. We just need to fire everybody and start with a clean slate.

king - you know the super bowl has only been decent for the last few years. usually it's a blowout that's decided by halftime. in other words, detroit might still be *ss out.
i've got a question for you, king. do you think the redskins should change their name if native americans find it offensive? i ask because you're a redskins fan, and i've yet to hear an opinion about this from a redskins fan.
Well I think the SB will be close this year. Indy 24 'Skins 27. :)
The name thing is touchy. If native americans are offended and they are then the name should be changed. It's probably the most offensive name out of all the names that are debated. But as a Redskins fan it would be so hard to call them anything else. The rivalry with the Cowboys would lose a bit of luster as well. But that's small potatoes to blatant racism. We have the ugliest colors in sports anyway so maybe we could get the whole thing revamped. But until little Daniel Snyder gets the balls to do it....GO REDSKINS!!!!
I'm not sure if the city is alive today but there was no traffic on my way to work today. :) I am also happy that there was no rioting in my neigborhood last night! GO SKINS!!!!! (What is sad is that my mom, who grew up here, is a die hard cowgirls fan, so I had to call her out a couple times last night!) HA!!
thanks for the feedback, though. as a braves fan, i feel the same way, although 'braves' ain't as bad as 'redskins' THANK GOODNESS.

@ Cool AC Yeah I noticed traffic was kind of light today too. I think he had something to do with a lot of Cowgirl fans ditching work and a lot of Redskins fans with hangovers. You have to let ANY cowgirl fan have it whether it's mother, father, sister, or brother! I kept calling my twin brother and leaving messages until he finally answered and then i let him have it!
@ Nikki I'm not sure if we'll make the SB but the NFC is wide open. We only lost by one point to Tampa Bay on a bad call and we beat Chicago and Seattle so I think it's possible....tough but possible.

seattle...they've been looking stronger as the weeks progress, and don't forget carolina, cuz they've really stepped up their game in the last few weeks.
frankly, i see the 'skins as maybe third best, behind carolina and a grossman-led chicago.

at least you got the college b-ball team right. tar heels are the bestest! they'll win the championship again in another couple of years if they can convince their freshman and sophs to hang in there until then.
i think back to how good carolina would have been had stackhouse and wallace stayed on until their senior years. we'd have at least one more championship for sure.

HELL YEAH i can say undefeated! i can say undefeated everyday and twice on sunday! now THAT would have been the team of the ages. it's moments like this when i wish stern prevented underclassmen from joining the nba. i know i'm being selfish but i just don't give a phuck.

rell, i was so pissed last night i turned off sportscenter! i was actually lost as i tried to figure out what to watch on tv instead of sportscenter. in fact, i didn't even realize other programs came ON during sportscenter.
but i found out last night, damnit. the lowlights for the indy game, falcons game, 'boys game, and jets game meant i'd have had to basically turn it away from sportscenter every three minutes, so i just skipped it altogether.
i'm debating if i should even watch espn TODAY, cuz you know all they're gonna talk about is that damn undefeated nonsense.
Actually Nikki I don't want to see all the crap about the Colts either. I wanted Tony Dungy to go 16-0 and basically crush the myth about black coaches. Oh well 15-1 will suffice. You mean other shows are on at the same time as SportsCenter? Wow well they couldn't be any good.
